I’m a freelancer in publishing, writing and podcasting. I currently spend most of my time as Reading Engagement Editor for Parthian Books, where I specialise in anthology management, digital marketing and online events. I also chip in with editorial and commissioning work, and am currently developing Parthian’s first podcast series, as well as their first independent audiobook list.
In 2020 I was also Managing Editor of The Manchester Anthology, and producer of The Podcast for New Writing in Manchester – for which I received a Distinguished Achievement Award.
In April 2021, I was named one of The Printing Charity’s ‘Rising Stars’, and awarded funding to further develop my skills and career in publishing.
As a writer, I regularly produce reviews and articles for a number of platforms, and carry out copywriting commissions for organisations such as the British Council. To see a list of my recent creative publications, take a look at my portfolio.
I’m also in the process of finishing my first novel, When We Arrive, a extract of which can be read here.
